You’ll love this recipe for quick jalapeno poppers. If you are like us in the spring and summer, the long daylight hours and comfortable weather keep us away from the house all day. Often I look at my watch and Oh No! Dinner time!  This evening we decided to go with these quick appetizers, and they were so good that I had to share them!

A bag of Sweet peppers.

If you like hot, you’ll want a few fresh sliced jalapeño peppers.

That’s it! These take maybe 10 minutes, max to assemble. Our family of 4 used the bag of peppers for 4-5 and we are bigger eaters.

Directions: Slice and take out all veins and seeds of sweet peppers. Place on foiled lined tray for easy clean up. Afterall, we have another full day tomorrow.

Mixed Artichoke/Jalapeño/Parmesan Dip with bacon bits.

Spoon peppers full of mixture.

Top with slice of fresh Jalapeño and cheddar cheese.

Broil at 500 degrees until cheese is bubbly. Cool slightly before enjoying!!

At the most 20 minutes from refrigerator to table to make these delicious jalapeno poppers…YOU CAN DO IT!
