May 27-29th, 2016, Gillette WY is the 9th Annual Kohr Quarter Horse/Zoetis Barrel Futurity, Formula 707 Derby/Maturity, Thars’ 2D Pole Futurity and Open 3D Poles, Barrel Racing Report Open 4D and Northern Hills Homesand RV/Silver Nails Youth barrel races.
$25,000 added event! Jessie Jaymes Silversmith trophy buckles and spurs, Classic Equine Awards, Lexi Bath custom leatherworks awards to be given away all weekend. Barrel racing and pole bending for all ages and levels of contestants plus competition for all ages and levels of horses!
$7,500 added Barrel Futurity for horses 5 years of age and younger who have never competed in barrel competition prior to 12-1-15. Triple Crown 100 also awards eligible futurity colts with an additional $2,500 added money. Westergren Quarter Horses Amateur Rider Division for first time futurity contestants who have won less than $500 in futurity earnings. No additional entry fees and Ireland Performance Horses sponsor the Jessie Jaymes Custom Trophy Buckle to be awarded to the champion! $1000 added Animal Medical Center of Wyoming 2D futurity incentive, no additional fees, pays out cash in each go round and FL Barrel Horses sponsors an award for the 2D Champion!
$2,000 added Formula 707 Derby/Maturity is for horses 7 and under or for any fully paid up past KQH futurity or derby entrant. Triangle Cross Quarter Horses sponsor the Jessie Jaymes’ Silversmith Champion buckle, in fond memory of THE CHOCOLATE DASH. $500 Adon Ranch 2D maturity incentive, no additional fees, pays out cash in each go-round and FL Barrel Horses sponsors an award to the 2D Champion.
$200 added Thars’ 2D Pole Bending Futurity for horses 5 years old and younger who have never competed on pole bending competition prior to 12-1-15. Sitnal Livestock sponsors the Jessie Jaymes Silversmith Champion Buckle and FL Barrel Horses sponsors the 2D champion award.
$200 added Thars’ Open 3D Pole Bending. Classic Equine Awards to the D Champions.
$2000 added Barrel Racing Report Open 4D, WPRA approved. $1000 added each day with $10,000 added to Future Fortunes eligible horses in Saturday’s 4D.
Youth barrel races: 0-6, 7-11 and 12-15 divisions, all division champions will receive Jessie Jaymes Silversmith buckles! Many awards will be given out to the division placers.
