Diamonds in the Desert Inaugural Performance Horse Sale sets the bar high and already has horse people excited about next year’s sale!
The sale was held December 13 at Plaza Hotel & Casino in the showroom. 68 horses were sold. Here is the recap told by Codi Gines.
The number of buyers at the Meet & Greet and Live Demonstration were unbelievable. This number then doubled for the sale the next day in the Plaza’s Showroom. At one point, the occupancy exceeded fire code and we immediately did what we could to accommodate. After a very thorough process of sifting horses, we ended up with the countries top consignors and sale horses from as far away as Ohio. MM Auction Services is dedicated to providing quality equine partners to buyers abroad with all performance horse disciplines. This year’s selection of sale horses and prices proved that we had just what people were looking for. Horses were sold to WY, AZ, CA, NV, CO, UT, PA, MT, TX, SD, IA, WA, OR, NY, FL, and even HI.

HIGH SELLER – Hip #52 SNEAKIN JAC offered by Schmitt Ranch sold for $100,000. He is a beautiful golden palomino gelding by the well-known NRHA sire Jacspin and out of a daughter of Boomernic.
2ND HIGH SELLER – HIP #36 SF ROYAL FLASH offered by Mozaun McKibben Performance & Versatility Horses sold for $53,000. He’s an absolutely stunning gelding sired by CS Flashlight.
