About Kristen Schurr
Kristen comes to the Tri-State Livestock News team from a working cattle ranch near Lloyd, Montana. Originally from Jacksonville, FL she spent her childhood days riding horses, rodeoing, and playing sports. A softball scholarship helped her earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and she later moved out west to pursue her dream of working with horses. Kristen has worked as a ranch hand for numerous outfits in Montana, and continues to train and break her own horses. When she is not working with TSLN you can find her practicing her photography, roping, or helping the neighbors work cattle.
