About Erica Mannix

I grew up on a 5th generation family cattle ranch in Western Montana with 3 brothers and a very large extended family. Horses have been a part of my life as long as I can remember. They are my passion and I have been fortunate to fuel that passion by learning from and riding with some true horseman. I have ridden colts for several different breeders and trainers including Dave and Karen Vietor of Snaffle-Bit Reined Cow Horses, Jack Hirschy Livestock, Ostler Performance Horses, and Weaver Quarter Horses. I have also raised, trained, and sold some of my own horses as all around ranch and roping prospects. I am currently transitioning from graduate school to the real world again and am excited to see where life takes me. I look forward to sharing the experiences of this lifelong journey to becoming a horseman with you!
