About Abbey Smith

I am a digital project manager with Swift Digital. I started at Swift in June 2007 and joined the CavvySavvy team in 2014. I hold a master's degree in interactive journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno and a bachelor's degree in animal science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. My greatest joy in my life is my family, especially my daughter Maezy. We live on 10 acres 30 miles north of Reno with four Quarter Horses, three dogs, two cows and one spoiled cat. I enjoy most all the things my great-grandparents did: gardening, cooking, baking, cutting wood for the winter, canning, cowboying with my husband. I also love lifting weights, running and doing yoga. My great-grandparents did none of these things.
